Donna M. Lee is a Staff Attorney for the First Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana ,where she currently is assigned to the Criminal Writs Section.  She is a native of Goldsboro, North Carolina, but grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana.  Donna obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette) in 1996 and received her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2000.  She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association where she currently serves as the Chair for the Volunteer Committee.
