Eboni M. Townsend is a native of Houma, Louisiana.  Eboni earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern University and A&M College in 2002 and later earned her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  She is currently employed as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Ronald Johnson & Associates.  Eboni is a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, New Orleans Federal Bar Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for Volunteers in Public Education. She is also an active member of the National Bar Association where she serves as Deputy Director for Region V, committee member of the MLK Oral Advocacy Competition and the 2010 NBA Annual Convention Planning Committee.
